Match Report: U10MR 05/04/25

This match was intended as a development match for us and Arden Forest and the teams were certainly closely matched. Both teams worked hard but neither was able to score, resulting in nil-nil at the end of 50 minutes. Then, purely for the experience, there was a penalty shoot out. Alicia saved three goals and Imogen, Molly, Jess and Elowen all scored. However, Arden Forest snuck two more goals past us, so won on the penalties. Thankfully the ice cream van was on hand for ice creams all round at the end 😋

It was frustrating on the sidelines and as well as on the pitch, but we will be hosting Arden Forest this weekend, so we have to turn the frustration into determination to make sure we win this weekend!
